Exchange/Return Policy

We work on a "MADE TO ORDER" model, hence we do not have any return policy. However, you have 7 days from the date of the delivery to avail exchange of your products by filling the exchange request form. We will not be able to assist you with any information regarding exchange on Instagram DM or any other email or contact number apart from the one mentioned on this page support@dipdyedanddope.com, dipdyedanddope@gmail.com and +91 9653394166.

  • The to and fro courier cost will be borne by you if you wish to exchange the product
  • The new product would only be shipped after we receive your package unused and in good condition
  • This process can take up to a couple of working days upon receiving your order back at our warehouse 
  • Please send your products unused in the same condition as you received it. If the products are found to be used or damaged we will not be able help you with exchange

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION OF COD ORDERS IS NOT ALLOWED

You can contact us to cancel the order within 48 hours of placing the order. Once we dispatch your order,  you will receive an email on your registered email ID along with the tracking details. DD&D reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time
